Please read all the terms below carefully before using this platform — they form a binding agreement between you and acc67.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between acc67 ("Platform", "we", "us") and every person who uses this website ("User", "you"). By accessing this platform or creating an account, you are considered to have agreed to all the terms below.
1. Definitions & Interpretation
The words and terms used in these Terms have the following meanings:
- "Platform" — The acc67 website (acc67.lat) and all services, games, and systems connected to it.
- "User" — Any person who has registered on or is browsing this platform.

- "Wallet" — The virtual balance within the platform that holds a user's funds.

- Gaming while in a state of mental or physical impairment, or under the influence of substances, is not advisable.
3. Account Registration & Verification
3.1 Registration Process
To create an account on acc67, the user must provide accurate and complete personal information. Registering with false, incomplete, or misleading information may result in the immediate closure of the account and forfeiture of any associated balance.
3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
Before processing a withdrawal, or at any time when required, acc67 may request the following documents from the user:
- A scanned copy of a National ID (NID) or passport.
- Proof of ownership of a mobile banking account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay).
- Proof of current address.
If KYC documents are not submitted within the specified time, the withdrawal request may be rejected.
3.3 Account Security
The user is responsible for keeping their login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing login details with any third party is strictly prohibited. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact [email protected] immediately.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Terms
The following payment methods may be used to deposit funds on acc67: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (per method).
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
The following conditions apply to withdrawals:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
- Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
- Withdrawals may be on hold until KYC verification is complete.
- Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the related wagering requirement has been met.

4.3 Transaction Rejection
acc67 reserves the right to reject any transaction in the following circumstances: suspected fraud, technical error, incorrectly received funds, or incomplete KYC.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New users on acc67 can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
- Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500.
- Example 2: Deposit ৳28,000 → ৳20,000 bonus (maximum limit) → total balance ৳48,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
To withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times (on the bonus amount only, not the deposit and bonus combined).
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has its own validity period — if the conditions are not met within that period, the bonus will be cancelled.
- You cannot apply for another bonus while one is already active.
- Attempting to operate multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses may result in all accounts being cancelled.
- acc67 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
5.4 VIP Program
The acc67 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback by tier is as follows:
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
VIP tier upgrades generally depend on regular and consistent participation on the platform. acc67 reserves the right to review VIP tiers at its own discretion.
6. Betting Rules
6.1 General Betting Terms
The following rules apply when placing bets on slot games, live casino, sports betting, and other games on the acc67 platform:
- A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled (exceptions apply in the case of technical errors).
- Each game or event has its own detailed rules, which are displayed on the game screen.
- If a game or event is cancelled due to technical reasons, the bet amount will be returned to the user's account.
- In the event of a malfunction in any game, the result of that game will be considered void.
6.2 Sports Betting
To participate in sports betting, it is important to fully understand the terms of the market. acc67 does not guarantee the provision of real-time or live score information in sports betting. Odds may change at any time — verify the final odds before confirming a bet.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the acc67 platform and may result in account cancellation as well as legal action:
- Money Laundering: Any attempt to legitimise illegal funds through the platform.
- Fraud: Using stolen or unauthorised payment information.
- Bots or Automated Software: Using automated tools in betting or gaming.
- Collusion: Conspiring with other players to gain an unfair advantage against the platform.
- Bonus Abuse: Using multiple accounts or identities to claim bonus benefits.
- Hacking or Cyber Attacks: Any attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems.
- Assisting Minors: Helping anyone under the age of 21 to use this platform.
8. Account Suspension & Termination
acc67 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these Terms.
- Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
- Failure to complete KYC verification or provision of false information.
- Multiple accounts found under the same person's name.
- The account has been inactive for an extended period.
In the case of an account closed for legitimate reasons, any bonus balance will be forfeited, but the return of verifiable original deposit funds will be decided at acc67's sole discretion.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
